    Just a silly little comment.

I have the unfortunate geographical and birthright curse to live in the UK. In the evening the time taken to load the Internet and the subsequent response times are quite prolonged. In the mornings my PC loads like a dose of salts.

Amazing how the time zone effect of America`s sleep pattern makes such a dramatic difference to response times in other countries !

I like it, how about this :-
Quis custodiet ipsos custodes? is a Latin phrase from the Roman poet Juvenal, which is literally translated as "Who will guard the guards themselves?" Also sometimes rendered as "Who watches the watchmen?".

I thought it was particularly apposite on a security forum.

You should move to Australia, where you can have consistently 'quite prolonged' response times.

We have a phrase here "custodis operor non tutela" which loosely translated means, "The watchmen don't care".

    :D
