I recently decided to try out a 'cloud' av scanner called Hitman Pro 3.5.6 Build 115 on my Windows XP Pro SP3 notebook. It identified the following two files gfbaksm.dat and gfbaksm.dll in my system32 folder as being malicious and wants to delete them. After carrying out a google search of the files and the following scans I am not sure what to do. Are they malware or legitimate files?

Avast! Free edition (no malware detected)
    Spybot (no malware detected)
    Malwarebytes (no malware detected)
    SuperAntispyware (no malware detected)
Comodo Cloud scanner (no malware detected)
