Getting "Server Connection Failure" when updating

    Hi,

    For the last few days, Nod32 attempts to update the database but fails with a pop-up box stating that "Server Connection Failure".

    I am using Nod32 version 2.12.3 on Win98SE with server location set to "Choose Automatically".

    Much appreciate any help and suggestions to fix the problem.

    What is your virus signature database listed as? 1.1092?

    Are you on broadband? I am using dsl and have no problems.

    Ron, thanks for your prompt reply.

    I just tried updating again and this time it worked!?! Hmmm, after a few days of not working, it magically fixed itself? Keeping my fingers crossed that the updating problem does not re-surface.
