    Nice, must have been quite a job to do this to all camera's, most of them are quite high. I wonder if the people doing this were wearing mask or the likes to prevent recognition, as it also might attract law enforcement.
    Also check out the guy near at the ATM, it seems like he is worried about being robbed but hasn't even noticed the party hats :p
