    From a report in yesterday's Daily Telegraph in the UK ( also quoted on MSN ) on recommendations from GCHQ.

    @Mods - please delete this thread if you think it appropriate , I don't know how to ,
    .... but I noticed that "delete" is an option for this post , but not for the thread-starter.

    Could anyone help clarify this ?
    Are there time limits on the "edit" and "delete" options ?
