I didn't see this posted so here it is.

 

Luckily there are numerous comments on this product to caution the casual user to double think any impulse running of this application.

 

Moving partitions is not a casual procedure regardless of what software is used. It's not the fault of the software that some users don't take the warnings seriously.

Since this Partition Alignment Tool mentions virtual disks I tried it on a Windows XP VM - it completed without problems.
