All I know is that I am happy that "24" will make a mini comeback :D

How dare you! It's an amazing series! :D

As to the piracy thing, the show and its creators embrace it. In fact, piracy actually helped it become more popular. It's instances like this that remind me of the days when bands suddenly shot to fame overnight because a bunch of kids were trading tapes. Whether the media companies like it or will publicly admit to it, sometimes piracy benefits them.

24 is one of the biggest piles of ~ Snipped as per TOS ~ that has been fed to the public in the last ten years. That is all :D

It's the HBO mandatory soft pr0n that makes it popular.
The series should be called The Game of Pr0ns, the Song of Ice and Arse.
There you go. Books are way better though.

Only three UK series, when the list should have 101 UK series, and Monty Python listed at 81. Right.

I agree that "T&A" has nothing to do with it. It's a well written and produced show, and HBO has it, two ingredients that go onto making a hit. The books, however, are better. That I admit.
