It doesn't seem to be a popular AV anymore. I remember that they were on of the first to protect browsers against banking trojans with the Bank Guard technology, something similar is being offered by HitmanPro.Alert.
The BUG i've reported them. Still not fixed. Tier 1 support team, for some reason, could not reproduce the bug, tho, their tier 2 support managed to confirm the bug. Its still not fixed after the lastest update. The bug is still there. No good at all, so uninstalled. -sepik
