FUvirus.exe

    any one know how to remove this FUvirus.exe
    coz every time i open msconfig FUvirus always run
    disabling my task manager and one thing nod32 cant detect this?

    i cant locate it because it is located on drive c:\windows\sytem32\FUvirus.exe shown on the screen shot.

    my OS system is located at drive d:

    i already send the screen shot yesterday. thats why im here at the forum looking for answer. i dont have the sample. i only have the screen shot on my msconfig.

    Um... a screenshot isn't going to help anything.

    Submit the file that in the location of your screenshot.

    edit: It might be hidden, makes sure you have hidden files and folders off.

    but when i browse my system32 FUvirus.exe is not there. i already show hidden files but still no FUvirus.exe found.

    Did you check both C and D drives?

    If you don't find it, look for files like these

    %CommonDesktopDir%\documents.exe
    %System%\fuvirus.exe
    %Windir%\windows.exe
    c:\inetpub.exe
    c:\inetpub\inetpub.exe
    c:\recycler.exe
    c:\recycler\recycler.exe
    c:\windows.exe

    Use the search if needed to search all your drives.

    If you find one of those (or all) follow the guide above for sending the zipped files.

    edit: I have a feeling nod32 already detects this and has cleaned it from your computer, and those are just remaining registry entries... You should check your nod32 quarantine.

    ok thanks maybe im going to check my registry to remove this FU

    Hi I'm new here, i'm also infected before by FUvirus as i open my pc it always shows my documents and i cannot open my windows task manager, i'm using also nod32, but when i updated it yesterday it cleaned my pc perfectly, hope this will help!:-*
