    The support group for one of my apps requested me to send a file to their FTP address. I've never done that before so I definitely need your guidance as to how to do it (as simply as possible)!

    OS = Win7 SP1 x64
    Browser = Chrome

    Open Explorer (Windows Explorer or Computer). Put ftp address in your address bar. Input credentials when asked for and you'll be connected to ftp server. Then just copy paste files to ftp server.

    M, thanks for your instruction but it's not working for me (probably because I don't know what I'm doing). When I put the FTP address into the address bar I don't get followup requests - nothing happens!
