Frustration, No answer from Acronis Support

    Hi,
    I am very frustrated due to Acronis Support. I opened a request on 30th of August 2006 and got a ticket number : "[Acronis #693553] DVD splitted .tib files, File korrupt Meldung" but never a response from Acronis Support.

    I complained throught the feedback page about this -> no response from Acronis.
    I asked for an answer by email to corporate-support@acronis.com 20.09.2006 -> no response
    I asked for an answer by email to support@acronis.de 29.09.2006 -> no response
    I wrote a comment to sales@acronis.de 05.10.2006 -> no response

    No I asked myself : Why did I buy software from Acronis ?:mad:

    There is just a possibility that emails from Acronis have been incorrectly identified as Spam. If you have a spam filter have a look in the spam folder to see if they are there.

    Hello,
    there is no SPAM Filter.

    I got an answer some days ago and resend my logfiles. After 3 days I got a bugfxed version of Acronis True Image Home 9.0 english.

    It shows build : 3718

    I will test at weekend if this build solves my problem.

    Version Home 9.0.3718? That's a build not yet offered generally by Acronis. Hmmmmm. . . .
