While surfing, I found a website unrelated to security products that redirects you to a rogue antivirus download. It presents a warning that you could be infected and to download Antivirus XXXX (name changed) to solve your problems. I happen to know that this is difficult to remove because I helped a friend remove an earlier version.

How do you report this? If it isn't illegal, it should be. Any suggestions?
