    Is there any good freeware antywirus ?

    a very happy new year to u mate..
    a good freeware AV with almost all the capabilitiz of a good AV i can say AVG

    it has got a resident shield too with very easy auto upgradation
    recently it comes in together kerio firewall (it isnt free :p )
    you can also go for EzArmor which comes together with AV and firewall (ZA)

    The BitDefender and Escan Utility are only on-demand scanners.

    It's a full version, not a demo, according to that page. I don't live in any of those countries, so can't get it to see if it's a legitimate deal.
