    Hello,

    do you have public IP?

This attack was blocked by ESET's personall firewall, so no need to worry about it.

In case you have a public IP address such attacks may occur from time to time.

You could read more about types of remote attacks on our KB:

Public IP? Im using the dynamic one provided by my ISP.
    And OpenDNS

This has me extremely paranoid, i feel as if i should format and start over again.

Formatting every time your firewall blocks something means that you're going to spend more time installing windows than you will using it! :p

They're just randomly scanning the ports available, looking for a backdoor into your system. Eset blocked it so they will just pick another IP to scan. Rinse and repeat.
