Are there any good freeware adblocking apps for IE? I really really want one, but nothing seems to be free.

There are quite a few out there like Proxomitron, Proximodo, Privoxy. They are all free and powerful. Rule making is needed to use them though.

I chose to go paid ad remover (Ad Muncher) but I still feel the Proxomitron is probably the most powerful HTTP filter out. It can do so many things.

What kept me from staying with Proxo was the learning curve. Because my programming skills are pathetic, turning specific filtering on and off were things I was not able to figure out. But if you have some time to devote to it, I feel the Proxo would be the way to go. :)
