    While Bill is being generous and kind and as great of a deal as this is for someone who is not working this is also a way for dishonesty to show its ugly side.
    There's no way of proving that the unemployment benefits actually belongs to the person who does the screen capture and sends it through the email.

    Bill is probably willing to take the risk of a few or many dishonest people abusing his generosity, if it means it helps out the honest.

    Comodo already did this about two months ago. They were more broad, and just said anyone that could not afford to pay for protection. So maybe a trend is starting.

    Is this offer still valid if you are overworked and underpaid? :D I was laid off for almost two years a while back. I know it was very upsetting and a big pain to start all over again. It wasn't a dream job, but it paid a lot better than what I'm doing now.
