Free MP3 edit?

    Hi - Looking for a suggestion on easy to use & free MP3 editing software. Just want to shorten some files, if it has a little fade in/out feature it would be perfect. I tried a few that I googled - and they were all nothing but trouble in their own unique ways! Thanks for your time & tips! :D Deca

    I agree! Audacity works quite well. I recommend using the 1.34 beta, not the general release version. The beta interface is cleaned up and there are a few additional added features...
