Free Launch Bar: free program and file launcher

I've been a happy user of Free Launch Bar for several months. Formerly I had used ObjectDock. Free Launch Bar is the editor's choice for best free menu-based program launcher at Best Free Program Launcher.

Pros:

• Menus can contain shortcuts, separators (named or unnamed), and submenus
• Shortcuts can optionally show text
• No bugs encountered thus far (using Windows 7 x64)
• Works on x86 or x64
• Each user account has its own configuration

Cons:

• Wasn't immediately clear after installation how to get the launch bar to appear
• Not always clear (to me anyway) if a context menu entry pertains to an item or subitem

I highly recommend this program. There is also a paid version with more features.
