    Neighbors computer is a Duron 900mhz w/128 MB Ram

    All ur neighbor needs is some more RAM which shouldnt cost much. Im running 533 Mhz PC (POS) with 256 MB RAM and I admit I have trouble with gaming, but for the most part I can run just about anything I like.
