If you mean Comodo AV (part of Comodo Internet Security, but without the firewall), there is a section in the settings where you can disable website filtering https://help.comodo.com/topic-72-1-766-9178-Website-Filtering-Configuration.html

Maybe they moved it to another place. You can check on every sub-section, like antivirus or miscellaneous.
You can also check your DNS, maybe Comodo AV changed them to Comodo DNS

Yes probably that's the reason, not the website filtering. You can check the network card setting and change Comodo DNS with other DNS (default from your Internet provider, or from a 3rd party provider)

wow this is interesting she said when she installed this she remembers something
where it asked to use Comodo DNS numbers..this is why i wont touch this C crap!!
So if she changes this back she will be able to get online and get her websites back(obtain DNS server adress auto)

    Yes, she will.
Comodo makes free products without any ads, so they get some money by other kinds of ads (Comodo DNS, Yahoo homepage and search engine, and so on).
As for any SW, it's always better to use the advanced configuration to avoid surprises
