Consistent FP with LogMeIn Rescue remote component.
Are you running more than one AV? An upgrade to 3.0 may be a fix.
I highly doubt that, but it would be more useful if a source of the file could be provided.
we use logmein rescue if you want to setup a session to test the remote piece...
I confirmed with the engineers that this false positive was fixed earlier this month. Try upgrading to v3.0.

The issue is the build of the download versions of Nod32 on the website. I get this issue when I am upgrading a customer's Nod32 to v4 using remote access (Logmein Rescue). The build that I download then gives a FP against the rescue component. Likewise it also gives a FP against PrevxEdge.
I'm suggesting that the downloadable builds are updated more often.
