I recently installed a Foxconn 650/651M02 motherboard, keeping the old drives in the system. I installed Windows XP. It really runs great now. But, I'm really curious about this thing that I have never seen on a mother board before. It may be normal. I don't know so I hope someone here can tell me if this is normal or not.

Anyhow, when I plug the power cord in the power supply, the green power light on the front comes on even when the computer is turned off. My optical mouse also lights up. I knew this board is set up in such a way where there is voltage on the CPU, but is it normal for the power light to be on when the computer is turned off?

    :doubt:
