Hi, Port Explorer is an analysis tool, all it does is show you exactly what ports are in use, what program is using them, and what they are doing - you can log the traffic or control those ports in ways such as blocking send/receive or kill the process If you have a NAT router you will be using it for port forwarding ? this has nothing to do with Port Explorer.. but I'm sure we can direct you to a suitable tutorial if you need it (or try your router's homepage for some help or FAQ)
