I used dariks boot and nuke twice on my hard drive because I kept getting trojans I could not delete, and now I just got another from an email and when I attempted to run dariks boot and nuke I received a message that said a non fatal error occured BAD SECTOR. I don't want to format the regular way because not everything is completly wiped off. Is there any way I can fix my BAD SECTOR? Any alternative ideas?

    Hello domino.

Is the bad sector on HDD or floppy? Anyway, go to your HDD vendor's site and download a disk manager (boot floppy). Do a low level format (write zeros) and also perform any other analyses it offers (it should have the option to scan for real physical bad sectors).
I just wonder what are these e-mails that bombard you with trojans... o_O

That's what I did too. Western Digital offers a bunch of harddisk tools as freewares and I use them to change my harddisks into new harddisks.
