forgotten user password...

    Hello,
    I have forgotten my password to get into the advanced settings of Nod32 AV Version 4
    I followed the steps outlined here

    but i never recieve an email from Eset support to start the password unlock process. Can anybody please help me?

    did you check your spam folder?

    yes.
    I did use a different email though to the one that was originally used to purchase the software. However I also checked the email that was used when we first bought the software.

    When I submit a Customer Care support request are there any particular options I need to select?

    Just sent you a PM

    When submitting your case, be sure to include your name, email used during purchase, license info and the Unlock ID that the tool provided. This way, they can verify your customer account, license and then provide the returned Unlock Code to help you regain access to your settings. Also provide your new email address and they should be able to change your account to reflect the new email address.
