Forgotten Pass

I recently upgraded my system and stupidly didn't write down the pass they gave but had my user name written down for some odd reason, anyway I requested my user/pass two days ago and written in a support ticket. Is there any clue as to when i would expect a response?

To edit, i did do a search on this and tried to PM a moderator but it said that system was down at the time.

I did that twice but i got a response back from support and everything is resolved.
