forgot secure zone password in Home V11

    Dear,
    I forget the Acronis Secure Zone the password. The backup file is unable to return to original state. Because the program has requested the password. How should I manage?

    Hello anthony1,

    Thank you for your interest in Acronis True Image

    If a password has been set for Acronis Secure Zone and is now lost or forgotten, then there is no way to retrieve or disable it. The only way to overcome the issue is to recreate Acronis Secure Zone.
