Forgot my user name & or password

    I'm trying to modify my incremental back-up time but can't because I seem to have forgot my user name and or password. Does anyone know how I can reset so that I can continue? Thanks

    Thank you for choosing Acronis Disk Backup Software.

    It is a little bit unclear to me what exact user name and password you have forgot.

    However, I can see only two possibilities here:

    1. You forgot the user name and password you used to schedule a task for the incremental images creation.

    In this case you should be aware that the user name and password are the same as you use to log in into your account under Windows.

    2. You forgot the password you set to protect your image.

    Well, I'm afraid that there is no way to retrieve it in this case.
