forgot eset nod32 password security

    help me please!!!
    i don't remember my anti-virus password, and I can not format my computer when I ask for help retrieving it, as to "exclude" the files it, and still can not remove it to put the version ESS... thanks

    Did you buy your copy of ESET Smart Security or ESET NOD32 Antivirus in the United States? If so, you can use the form at http://www.eset.com/support/lost_license.php to have a copy of your license credentials mailed back to you. Otherwise, contact the ESET distributor in the country you purchased the software from and they will mail you a copy of your license.

    hello
    unistall eset by Your Uninstaller! 2008
    and delete the eset Folder in program files by unlocker and restart the computer and delete from regedit by looking for"eset" and deleted them
