ForecastAdvisor gives the accuracy of major USA weather forecasters per city

Their list of recommended major weather forecasters is found on the "resources" page. Note that Intellicast isn't listed, but you can look at the listings for The Weather Channel since Intellicast uses the same forecasts as The Weather Channel.
