force an update / ERA client list not showing client

    I have a few clients on the network that are offsite. The clients are reporting back to ERA at all. Eset is installed on the clients but isn't updating.

    How can I remotely force an update or reinstall Eset. I know I can install Eset remotely but how can I reinstall what is already there? I can't uninstall Eset because the client isn't on my ERA clients list and even if I did it might require a reboot before successfully installing.
