this maybe dumb to ask, but how do you keep your font size as what you choose once you close a browser. i usually set the browser font size as smaller and i was under the impression it remains that way. i continuosly set it at smaller, yet after i close the internet explorer window the size has been reset to medium. is there anyway to make sure it stays the way i select it? i'm sorry if this is not the right forum or even the right site to post this question, but i'm not sure where to look about this issue. thanks very much in advance.

If you're comfortable editing the Registry, Close all browser Windows, and go to Start > Run > Regedit

Navigate to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\International\Scripts\3 and look at the
IEFontSize (binary value) in the Right pane.

    Change as needed:

    04 00 00 00 Largest
    03 00 00 00 Larger
    02 00 00 00 Medium
    01 00 00 00 Smaller
    00 00 00 00 Smallest

    Sometimes this helps.

    Good luck,
