Folder match

Does anyone know of a good software (free is best) that will look at 2 folders on different drives, then copy files (or delete) to make the 2nd folder match the first?

My current fav though is GoodSync http://www.goodsync.com/ It's a paid program. The key thing I like about it is you can do one-way syncs and it still watches empty folders. Not many sync programs do that. (There is a free version but it has a fairly severe volume limiter per 30 day period.)
