FirstDefense-ISR Error

    Hello!

    I just installed trial version and start to test it. When I try to delete or make new snapshots software gives this error:

    Can't communicate with Service - Service not installed or started.

    ISRService.Exe is running and start automatically with Windows. What else service this program needs? I have removed many normal (Windows XP) services so maybe some is missing.

    By default fd-isr requires one, possibly both of the COM+ services, also by default it requires Volume Shadow Copy.

    FDISR should work with a default installation of Windows.
    Removal of components and heavy tweaking in Windows can be a reason that FDISR doesn't work properly.
