First scan with panda active with new spyware feature???

i did my first scan with panda active scan and it came up with 2 infected files,

Adware.ad C:\WINDOWS\download program files\set up. inf

Spyware.sp Windows Reg

I used spybot, spyblaster is up to date and enabled, a2, spysweeper, trojan hunter, and my A/V is uptodate and I scan daily with all programs uptodate.

The only program that detected anything was adaware se, and I dealt with that.

And did another scan with Panda Active Scan and sat in front of the computer and it is right at the beginning after the Reg is scanned??

I hope there is someone out there who can HELP!!!
