First Renewal Experience-FYI

    The Event Log gave me a 10-day warning for Oct 21 Lic Expiration. I renewed today easily ( NOD32.com/Purchase/your country/Buy Now icon for Renewal- -if Ver2 User Enter New ID / PassWd in Control Ctr / Update / SetUp ) and was assigned a new expiration of Oct. 12 '05, not the correct Oct. 21. I emailed support@nod32.com with old ID and the new ID and requested a correction. I presume this is the preferred procedure and think someone should make a Permanent Post for this issue with the correct steps if mine aren't correct.

    Sending the old and new ID's was enough for Support to Correct my new Expiration Date. I was advised the system will be updated to provide correct expirations when Renewal is paid for earlier than the expiration. Is this a great world, or what?
