I have always been on DSL with no other computers on the Lan. I have recently moved and now find myself on broadband cable. My computer is plugged directly into the router and it is being shared wireless by 2 other computers. Do I need to take extra steps to know I am safe from the other computers? I am currently using F-Secure with the windows7 firewall. Thanks in advance.

As long as your using WiFi WPA,WPA2 and a have strong password and the router firewall is on, you should be fine. If you dont need file sharing you can turn them off as well.
