firewall initialization failed

firewall initialization failed.
I have don several new installations. Deleted all Eset files.
I have read all tread in this forum whit the same problem.
I have run CC cleaner. Downloaded the latest version.

Computer Laptop Satellite Pro from Toshiba. Windows 7 64 bit.
I have Admin rights on this computer.

please give me some hints.

 

have you done all as per?

any other security software before Eset was installed, what if yes and did you use removal software for it

 

Yes, i was the 1st thing that i have don.

 

what about 2nd part of the question, did you have some other prior security software and did you remove correctly. Just in case try one of common uninstallers listed

Yes,
It was version 3 of ESET.
The firewall driver is perfectly uninstalled.
