Firefox question... about Housecall Scan

    Hi,

    I am wondering why I can't run a Housecall Scan from the Firefox Browser...
    They now have two scans...one being a beta one and can only be ran from Internet Explorer and the other says that I need to download a program for Netscape. I did download it and when I go back to scan the same message appears. What do I need to do to be able to use the scan from Firefox?

    Make sure you have java enabled to get the online scan ;)

    Thanks for the help. I will try enabling Java and if that doesn't work I will try the link. I will let you know if one of them works.
