firefox problem after update

i updated spywareblaster and now my firefox has a problem with the cookies. it says that the are currupted. how do i fix this the message keeps popping up. its quite annoying.

 

I suspect the cookie problem was just a coincidence of timing and they were going bad anyway. Try deleting all cookies from within Firefox, any that you really needed should re-generate themselves when you re-visit the appropriate sites.

Or try deleting your profiles and putting the backup of those back in (you do have backups, don't you?). Firefox profiles are unfortunately prone to getting corrupted after a while.

 

i deleted the cookies and reinstalled firefox and everything is ok i still have all my stuff
