Something that I've been seeking for a while. There are a few payed Bookmark management tools that offer the ability to password protect. This is the first free one I have stumbled upon.

Interesting to see if anyone can bypass it.

To bad its still in its experimental (Beta) Stage.. But it looks like its going to be a good add-on, thanks for sharing it with us!

I installed it, and so far so good, I just made sure to make a back up with FEBE first!

    What are experimental add-ons?

Experimental add-ons are newer add-ons which have not yet undergone our public review process. Many of these add-ons may be in prototype form. Since they are untested by our editorial team, they may be alpha, beta or pre-production in quality, performance and features.

Caution should be used when installing experimental add-ons, as they have not been tested by an editor and may harm your computer configuration.

Another method is to do what I do.

    1. Create a TrueCrypt file container (mine is 4GB)

    2. Download and install the portableapp version of firefox into the TrueCrypt file container. (http://portableapps.com/)

    3. Your bookmarks are safe and nobody can access them :)
