Monthly I scan my online virus scanner and spysweeper too then tonight from Mcafee virus scan I got results says.. files infected: 3 for DRIVE C and they are...

    1. C:\Documents and Settings\...\Search.vbs VBS/IEstart.gen.e
    2. C:\Documents and Settings\...\search.inf INF/StartPage-FH
    3. C:\Documents and Settings\...\search.vbs VBS/IEstart.gen.e

The problem is, it didn't say how to delete it or something like that which I need to know how to do so. Gah, I need to catch up how to do these stuff. Lol. Hopefully you guys might have a way how to help me with steps to get rid of these files. I would pleasely be so appreciated with your kind hearted help!

I have DELL xp Computer format you don't or you do know. Might be easier to figure it out.

    Thanks guys!

I not that familar with McAfee Online Scan, but is it like Nortons, which only scans but does not clean.

You might want to use www.trendmicro.com (Housecall) or www.bitdefender.com for Online Scans that clean what they find.
