With Hard Disk Manager 14 Suite, I use "Smart Backup" to backup a partition (FAT32). After I use "Restore" to open the archive, I expand the drive tree to find files/folders to restore. However, I cannot find some files/folders there to tick for restoration. (Only a few folders are listed while other folders/files are missing.) But, if I tick the root (/) folder to restore to a specified folder, I can find all the files/folders including those not visible are restored. It seems that this problem happens for FAT32 partition only. Please fix. Thank you!
Could you please describes what missing folders are contain? Are they hidden on the source partition, or have specific symbols in the name? Do they contain any system protected files?
