File/path scan exceptions - present, or added in another beta/RC?

    Wondering if I've completely overlooked something.

    I'm having that Nod 2.x issue with slowdowns due to the scanning of massive temp files in iTunes, so I figured I'd ask and see if I'm completely missing something.

    yes, there isnt exclusion menu in ESS (not yet) CMIIW
