I am a bit confused about the File Manager in the 2010 Home Delux version. In the manual it states
So why do you save a folder as there is a function for this? Also how do you deal with folders like Inboxes where the files cannot be saved upfront as they do not yet exist. You want to exclude new files being generated during your session from being deleted after reboot?

    Hi beethoven,
The key is the files and not the folders. Folders, for the most part, are not likely to be changed. This means that the name, properties, etc will remain static, but there are exceptions and times where some property of the folder will be changed.

Without knowing the client you are using, I will reply as though we were discussing MS Outlook. In this case you would not try to save a specific e-mail message or the folder it is saved in, rather you would create a backup (Ex: PST file), save it on an alternate drive, and then import that into Outlook during the next virtual session or at restart of the computer after deactivating the virtualization.
