Upon looking at my imon settings tonight, I found a file named AWCGGL.exe. I had never seen this file before and I do not know what it is exactly.

I ran a scan for it on my hard drive, but it did not turn up? o_O I searched in google and it came up blank.

Any thoughts on what this darned file might be? I will attach a screenshot as well.

    Thanks in advance,

    Jag

    Nope...
the "experts" arejust about to come.

    Be patient, sir.

meanwhile... list out programs that you've used or installed in the past... since the list seems to be chronological, that's a good starting point... try to think in a certain time frame

Edit : the list is in (primary) order of the user agent... my mistake.

    okay
    weird suggestion

try searching your entire HDD for ANY file that contains the word "awcggl.exe", and also search your registry.

Found the file name in the registry, but not on the hard drive?

And no, I have not installed the Aviation Weather Center.

    Regards,
