FF error 5500 when printing

How do I fix this error?

I am here, where is the >Direct access? Where is the Click Edit/Add button to copy and paste there the line below?.

OpenFilePath=c:\windows\system32\spool\printers\*

Simply click the "Add File/Folder" button, then double-click the new empty entry and paste the path into the appropriate field. In the "Access" field, "Open" corresponds to the former "Direct Access".

BUT it is much easier by simply ticking the following setting:



Note: Under v1.5.0, certain options crash when using the "Vintage View". You should therefore change the view beforehand.

 

Thanks I will try to check that option in Advanced View if I have another issue printing I will post again
