For any of you businessnes out there. FEDEX has a version of their SHIP MANAGER program for networks. To make a long story short, if you use NOD32 on the server you will be unable to run the program from remote.

I tried unsucessfully to make exceptions by program then finally by folder and it was unable to work. Contacted software support at NOD32 and they had no clue how to remedy the situation. After uninstalling NOD32 and installing a different AV Program I was able to link all remotes to the FEDEX ship manager program.

Strange thing is no errors or notices from NOD32 on the server.

Are you positive that IMON is completely disabled on the server? This would be indicated by a grey IMON icon.
