Huh? Consumer prices have only gone down? What universe does she live in? Okay, I have better coverage and no more roaming charges, and prices are not skyrocketing like my cable bill, but while my cell "usage" has remained the same, the cost of my phones and my monthly bill have gone up, definitely not down.
Time will tell. Frankly I look forward to anything different than my Verizon experience which began so reasonably and fair only to turn into a gouge machine. Never looked back to them again or will.
