I'm posting a request for WPAD (Web Proxy Auto Discovery)
support for your program. I'm the administrator of a large computer
network, and in order to support minimal settings changes between
different locations we use WPAD to distribute our proxy address.

The problem with this is that from your programs perspective, there are no
proxy settings, and thus our users are unable to update your software.
Each time you open internet explorer, it checks for the wpad settings and
uses them (without setting anything), so would it be possible for your
program to also check for wpad settings and if found, import them for use
    within the program?

Here is some information on how it works:
    http://www.grape-info.com/doc/win2000srv/internet-gw/wpad/

All your program has to do is simply connect to a webserver, grab a text file and extrapolate the proxy server address from it, then use that to get updates.

    Thanks for your time,

    Paul.
